Trigger Point Release for Runners Workshop

Join fitness trainer and owner of The Pilates Difference, Denene Siegel, on Nov. 4 for the Trigger Point Release for Runners Workshop. There will be (3) 20 minute sessions starting at 6, 6:30, and 7 PM. The workshop will focus on muscle release and building flexibility in the feet, hips, and shoulders. Each session will be limited to 10 people. The event is free and no registration is required.
